At Crepdog Crew, we strive for perfection, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn apparel and sneakers within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags, boxes, and authentication seals remain intact to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging; our team will review your request to ensure the product meets our 'deadstock' condition standards.

  Pickup & Shipping

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address or provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at the nearest courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After your return is received and authenticated at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
